- This is very much a client-led therapy. A space where you can explore what is going on for you at your own pace, with the aim of helping you to find growth within yourself and your life.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
- Within this therapy we will largely focus on your thought processes and challenge any irrational beliefs you may have.
Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).
- .This therapy consists of different mindfulness techniques to help you to live from more of a ‘here and now’ perspective. Helping you to find that inner calm whilst incorporating techniques from CBT.
Solution Focused Therapy.
- This is a very goal-oriented therapy, focusing on finding solutions and solving problems.
Existential Therapy.
- This focuses on any anxieties you may have regarding the meaning of life and your existence within it. It focuses more in the present rather than the past.
Exposure Therapy.
- This is particularly good for someone who has extensive fears as it focuses on progressively overcoming these.
Christian Based Therapy.
- Incorporating all the above principles whilst integrating Christian beliefs, values and prayer within this.
